A Toxic Relationship

You keep choosing partners who hurt you, or you've been in a relationship with someone who systematically manipulated you.

A Difficult Parent

You grew up walking on eggshells, performing, or never feeling like enough, and now you're worried about repeating it.

A Pattern I Can't Break

You're exhausted from overfunctioning, stuck in financial chaos, lost in a dark season, or trapped in a cycle you can't name.

All of It

You see yourself in more than one of these. You're ready for the deep, structured work, the whole foundation, not just one piece.

Recovery Courses

Fixing the Foundations

You've done the work. Read the books. Tried the therapy. And the same patterns keep running your life.

Because the foundation was never repaired. This is the structured path your recovery has been missing , clinically rigorous, deliberately sequenced, built for women ready to stop managing their wounds and start actually healing them. The information was never the problem. The sequence was.
