Helping Amplify Thought Leadership in Trauma Recovery & Driven and ambitious Women’s Mental Health

About Annie Wright, LLC

Annie Wright, LLC is a psychoeducational services company dedicated to supporting ambitious, driven women navigating relational trauma recovery. Led by an established therapist, therapy center owner, published author, and mental health entrepreneur, we leverage a vast library of intellectual property (IP) to create content that educates, inspires, and expands emotional well-being on a global scale.

With established brand guidelines, voice, and visual identity, our work is strategic and intentional—and we’re looking for a marketing expert who can take this foundation and amplify its reach, engagement, and impact.

Position Overview

We are seeking an AI-Native, Strategically-Minded Marketing Coordinator (Independent Contractor) to help drive content repurposing, audience growth, and engagement strategies across newsletters, social media, SEO-driven thought leadership, and PR.

This role is not just about posting content. It’s about:

✅ Strategic content planning—building and maintaining quarterly, monthly, and weekly content calendars to align with brand themes and audience growth goals.

✅ Leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, NotebookLM) to repurpose existing IP (essays, course content, articles) into high-performing blogs, newsletters, social posts, and guest features.

✅ Driving audience expansion across Instagram, LinkedIn, and the newsletter—growing Annie’s reach with a clear, data-driven strategy.

✅ Owning analytics & optimization—measuring content performance, identifying what’s working, and adapting strategy accordingly.

✅ Managing PR outreach to secure guest essays, podcast features, and interviews, positioning Annie as a leading voice in trauma recovery and driven women’s mental health.

This is an independent contractor position with a remote setup. We expect high standards of execution, strong initiative, and a continuous feedback loop to refine and improve content performance over time.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Content Planning & Execution
  • Partner with Annie to develop and maintain annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly content calendars.
  • Align content strategy with mental health trends, audience insights, and ICP objectives.
  • Use Asana or another PM tool to meticulously track content deadlines, approvals, and engagement metrics.
  1. AI-Driven Content Creation & Repurposing
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, NotebookLM) to draft and refine content across multiple platforms.
  • Repurpose long-form content into high-performing social posts, newsletters, and SEO-driven thought leadership pieces.
  • Continuously refine AI workflows to increase efficiency and improve content quality.
  1. Social Media Growth & Optimization
  • Implement and track a social growth strategy focused on increasing followers, engagement, and conversion to newsletter subscribers.
  • Design visuals in Canva, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Schedule and publish content using Meta Scheduler or other tools while posting live when needed.
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and audience interactions—prompting Annie for responses when direct engagement is required.
  • Optional: Advising on video-based social strategy (reels, TikTok, YouTube) if relevant expertise exists, but this is not a video editing role.
  1. SEO-Driven Thought Leadership & PR Outreach
  • Publish optimized blog posts on WordPress (including SEO best practices like meta tags, alt text, and strong CTAs).
  • Adapt content for external platforms (Psychology Today, Medium, LinkedIn) to increase visibility.
  • Secure guest essays, podcast interviews, and features that align with Annie’s expertise and ICP interests.
  1. Newsletter Strategy & Management
  • Draft, edit, and schedule newsletters in ActiveCampaign.
  • Optimize automations, audience segmentation, and re-engagement strategies to maximize newsletter growth and retention.
  1. Performance Analytics & Continuous Improvement
  • Track key performance metrics (social engagement, newsletter growth, content reach).
  • Prepare monthly reports summarizing what’s working, what’s not, and data-backed recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure that AI tools, content systems, and Asana projects remain organized, efficient, and optimized for future use.

Ideal Candidate:

You are a highly strategic marketer who understands how to repurpose high-value intellectual content, optimize for social growth, and leverage AI for efficiency—all while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

✅ Deep understanding of audience growth strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, SEO).

✅ Experience repurposing content into engaging newsletters, blog posts, and social formats.

✅ AI-native mindset—you know how to efficiently use AI to enhance quality and scale content creation.

✅ PR & outreach experience—you know how to secure guest essays, podcast interviews, and speaking opportunities.

✅ Strong writing skills—you can maintain a consistent brand voice across all content.

✅ Data-driven approach—you track what’s working, what’s not, and pivot accordingly.

Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience in mental health, coaching, or personal development industries.
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed language and ethical mental health marketing.
