How Guerrilla Regulation Tools Works
Guerrilla Regulation Tools is one of Annie’s core clinical tools, applied in session and in coursework. It’s designed to translate, distinguish, or regulate where most frameworks generalize.
- Stairwell breathing. box breath in the stairwell between meetings. Visible to no one.
- Bathroom-stall vagal reset. 30 seconds of slow exhale, longer than the inhale, in the only private space in many offices.
- Palm-press grounding. hands flat against a desk, full weight through the palms. Reconnects the body without standing up.
- Why guerrilla. because driven women cannot leave the office for a 20-minute meditation. Regulation must be invisible, brief, and reliable.
Who Guerrilla Regulation Tools Serves
driven women working with the proverbial house of life. Specifically, leaders, physicians, entrepreneurs, executives, and the women who have built impressive external lives but feel a heaviness internally.
Where Guerrilla Regulation Tools Lives
Guerrilla Regulation Tools appears in the following places in Annie’s clinical work:
- Individual therapy with Annie
- Executive coaching with Annie
- Annie’s forthcoming book, The Everything Years (W.W. Norton, 2027)
