Annie’s framework for the third part of intentional partnership: creating a home where two nervous systems can actually be at ease together.
How The Co-Regulation Climate Works
The Co-Regulation Climate is part of Annie’s intentional partnership work. It addresses how driven women find, choose, build, and repair partnership in the structural conditions of modern life.
- Two nervous systems. partnership lives or dies in the daily climate between two nervous systems.
- Daily practices. shared rituals (morning coffee, evening download) that regulate both partners across time.
- Repair as climate. how the partnership recovers from rupture IS the climate. Not the absence of conflict, but the presence of repair.
Who The Co-Regulation Climate Serves
driven women working with the proverbial house of life. Specifically, leaders, physicians, entrepreneurs, executives, and the women who have built impressive external lives but feel a heaviness internally.
Where The Co-Regulation Climate Lives
