In the past five years, Annie Wright, LMFT has transitioned from a solo practitioner to the CEO of a highly regarded, multi-state private pay therapy center (which she launched when her daughter was three months old). Today, Annie’s therapy center – Evergreen Counseling – has a dedicated team of 24 full-time, fully benefited employees, including 18 clinicians, a full leadership team, and the center currently serves approximately 450 clients per week, grossing approximately $3.3M annually.
