1. What this page covers
This page is for personal information held by Annie Wright LLC, including website, newsletter, course, purchase, Search Annie’s Writing, and analytics information. It does not cover clinical records held by Annie Wright Marriage and Family Therapy, P.A. Clinical records are governed by the practice’s Notice of Privacy Practices.
2. What you can request
You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection where applicable, withdrawal of consent, or information about consumer health data. You may also ask us to stop marketing email or optional analytics processing.
3. How to submit a request

- Or email support@anniewright.com with the request type in the subject line, for example “Deletion request” or “Consumer health data appeal.”

You do not need to create an account, cite a law, or explain why you are making a request. We do not charge for a request or discriminate because you made one.
For cookie preferences, use Cookie Preferences in the site footer. To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in the email.
4. Verification
We use proportionate verification to protect your information. For access, correction, or deletion, we may ask you to confirm through an email address already associated with your information and provide limited matching information. We do not ask for government identification, Social Security numbers, photographs, or passwords. If we cannot verify a request, we will explain why and provide a route to complete verification.
5. Timing

| Appeal | Within the applicable appeal deadline, generally 45 or 60 days depending on the law. |
6. Deletion and records we may retain
When we delete information, we also instruct applicable service providers to delete information they hold on our behalf. We may retain transaction records for 7 years, a minimal request-compliance record, and information subject to a legal hold or other legal obligation. If deletion removes a course enrollment record, it may end access to that course. We will warn you before doing so.
7. Appeals
If we refuse a request in whole or in part, you may appeal by replying to our decision or by emailing support@anniewright.com with “Appeal” in the subject line. Phoebe Cruz processes requests. Annie Wright reviews appeals from decisions Phoebe Cruz made. Outside counsel reviews any appeal of Annie Wright’s own decision. We provide a written decision within the applicable deadline.
8. Authorized agents
An authorized agent may submit a request with written permission signed by you or a valid power of attorney. We may ask you to confirm the authorization directly for access, correction, or deletion requests.
9. Accessibility and fallback
If the form is unavailable or inaccessible, a plain email to support@anniewright.com or a letter to the postal address above is equally valid. We retain a request record for 3 years as evidence of compliance.

You may contact a privacy regulator at any time. Relevant contacts include the Washington State Attorney General, the Nevada Attorney General, the California Privacy Protection Agency, the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, and the EU supervisory authority directory.
