These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ask Annie. They apply solely to the Ask Annie chatbot and are separate from any other terms applicable to the anniewright.com website or its other services.

Nature of the Service
Ask Annie is an AI-powered educational tool designed to help users explore psychoeducational concepts related to mental health, emotional wellness, and personal growth.
- Ask Annie is not a therapist and does not function as one.
- Ask Annie does not provide therapy, clinical advice, psychiatric diagnosis, psychological assessment, or any form of mental health treatment.
- Ask Annie is trained on Annie Wright’s published psychoeducational content, including articles, guides, and other publicly available materials authored or created by Annie Wright, LMFT.
- Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and reflect the AI’s interpretation of that training material. They are not statements made directly by Annie Wright, LMFT and may not always be accurate, complete, or current.
- Ask Annie is designed exclusively for educational exploration. It is intended to provide general information, not individualized guidance or clinical support.
By using Ask Annie, you understand and accept that you are interacting with an AI system, not a licensed mental health professional.
Not a Substitute for Professional Care
Ask Annie is not a replacement for therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or any other form of professional mental health treatment. Nothing communicated through Ask Annie should be interpreted as clinical guidance or as a substitute for professional mental health care.
- No therapist-client relationship is created by your use of Ask Annie. Use of this tool does not constitute a professional relationship of any kind between you and Annie Wright, LMFT, or Annie Wright Marriage and Family Therapy P.A.
- Annie Wright, LMFT does not individually review, supervise, or approve responses generated by Ask Annie.
- Information provided by Ask Annie should not be used to make clinical decisions or to delay or avoid seeking professional care.
- If you are experiencing mental health challenges, emotional distress, or any clinical concerns, please contact a licensed mental health professional in your area.

AI Limitations & Accuracy
Ask Annie’s responses are generated by artificial intelligence. While we have made reasonable efforts to ground the tool in quality psychoeducational content, AI systems have inherent limitations that all users should understand before using the service.
- Responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. The AI may occasionally produce information that is incomplete, outdated, or factually incorrect.
- Responses should not be relied upon as authoritative clinical, legal, medical, or professional advice of any kind.
- Annie Wright, LMFT and Annie Wright Marriage and Family Therapy P.A. are not responsible for errors in AI-generated responses.
- The quality and relevance of responses may vary depending on how questions are phrased and the nature of the topic.
You are strongly encouraged to independently verify any information you receive from Ask Annie, particularly before making any decisions that could affect your mental, physical, or financial well-being.
Ask Annie is an educational companion — think of it as a starting point for exploration, not a final word on any topic.
