They do not govern clinical or therapeutic services provided by Elizabeth Anne Wright, LMFT, which are subject to separate client agreements and professional obligations. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. WEBSITE CONTENT
On the Site, we provide psychoeducational and general educational content, programs, courses, coaching resources, and related materials (collectively, “Content”). All Content is provided for informational and psychoeducational purposes only and does not constitute therapy, clinical advice, or a therapist-client relationship. 2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

We may offer digital products, online courses, coaching programs, or other services for purchase. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. All sales are subject to the applicable product or program terms presented at the time of purchase.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products and programs, all sales of digital products and online courses are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase. For live or coaching-based programs, refund eligibility will be described in the specific program agreement.
5. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or these Terms.
- Transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, harmful, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
