1. Two separate entities

2. General educational content
Articles, newsletters, videos, audio, downloads, courses, workbooks, coaching materials, and Search Annie’s Writing responses are general psychoeducational and self-help material. They are not psychotherapy, counseling, mental-health treatment, medical, psychiatric, psychological, or clinical advice, diagnosis, clinical assessment, treatment plan, or professional opinion about you or another person.
3. No professional relationship
Reading website content, subscribing, buying a course, participating in coaching, using Search Annie’s Writing, or sending a website message does not create a therapist-client, patient, counseling, coaching, or other professional relationship. A clinical relationship can arise only through the P.A.’s separate clinical intake and written agreements.
4. Licensure and certifications
Annie Wright is licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in 14 U.S. jurisdictions: California, Colorado (telehealth only), Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington. She also holds an out-of-state telehealth provider registration in Florida under Fla. Stat. 456.47, which is a registration and not a Florida license.
Annie’s clinical certifications are EMDRIA Certified Therapist and EMDRIA Approved Consultant-in-Training. She also holds a 2010 co-active coaching certificate from the Coaches Training Institute.
5. No medical or psychiatric advice
Annie Wright is not a physician, nurse, nurse practitioner, psychiatrist, psychologist, or prescriber. Do not start, stop, or change medication, dosage, supplements, or medical treatment based on website content. Speak with a qualified clinician who knows your circumstances.
6. No outcome claims
Annie Wright LLC does not publish outcome statistics for its courses or coaching. No outcome is claimed. Testimonials describe individual experiences only and are not a promise of what you will experience.
7. Search Annie’s Writing
Search Annie’s Writing is artificial intelligence, not Annie Wright or a human clinician. It does not provide therapy, diagnose, assess, make therapeutic decisions, create treatment recommendations or plans, or detect emotions or mental states. It is not confidential, privileged, or a HIPAA-protected space.
8. Emergencies
This website and Search Annie’s Writing are not for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger, call or text 988 in the United States, call 911, or contact your local emergency number. See Crisis Resources and Safety.
9. Therapy inquiries
Do not submit detailed clinical history, diagnoses, medication lists, or crisis information through a website contact form. Use the form only to ask for contact. The P.A. will determine whether and how to proceed with any clinical intake.
